Imagine being on set with Tom during an interview. Rumors have been flying about a potential pregnancy in the Hiddleston family, but you’re trying to keep things quiet for now. He’s terrible at keeping secrets, so you tagged along for support.

When the journalist brings it up, it just takes one glance in your direction, and his smile gives him away. He’s just too excited to keep it a secret any longer, and you can’t blame him for that.

Imagine flying to Paris for dinner with Tom. You’ve been dating for a few months now, and it seems like every date gets more extravagant than the last. Sitting on the plane on your way back to London, you tell him as much as you enjoy the grand gestures, they aren’t really necessary. You’re just as happy to spend time watching movies on the couch. He explains that he just hasn’t felt this way about someone before; he wants to be sure his feelings are clear. What’s becoming clear to him is the fact that you may be the one.

Imagine Tom coming back from an audition completely gutted he didn’t get the part. He lays on the bed, telling you how inadequate he feels; maybe he isn’t that talented of an actor after all. When you lay down next to him, he rolls over, resting his head on your chest. Running your hand through his hair, you remind him that it is only one role; beyond that, he’s more than just an actor. He’s an incredible husband, and kind human being with a reputation for helping those less fortunate than himself. Wiping the tears from his eyes, he concedes he must have done something right to deserve you as his wife.

Imagine giving Loki a gift. He doesn’t quite know what to make of it – you’re just a servant, after all. He tosses it aside until later that night, when he has a chance to really examine it. He holds it up, turning it over in his hand, trying to figure out what it does. Suddenly, a calming feeling washes over him – feelings of happiness, warmth, and peace. As you sit in your chamber, holding the trinket’s twin, you realize your enchantment has worked. As long as he holds it in his hands, you’ll feel as he does, and he as you.

Imagine Tom flirting with you during an interview. As hard as you’re trying to stay focused, everything about him draws you in – his hair, his hands, even the way he’s sitting. It doesn’t help that he laughs at every joke you make, telling you what a beautiful smile you have. You may not have gotten much info for your piece, but you have a great story to tell your girlfriends.

Imagine telling Tom you’ve had an encounter with a ghost. You just started dating, and you’re worried about how he’ll take it; it’s not the most believable story. When you explain to him what happened – that your grandmother came to see you after she died – he reacts more kindly than anyone else you’ve told. He said just because it hasn’t happened to him is no reason to doubt you.

Imagine the look on Tom’s face when he finds out you’re dating Chris Evans. They’d both been flirting with you and taking you on romantic dates to try to woo you. When Tom asked you to be with him, and only him, you said no – you weren’t ready for that kind of commitment. Yet only a week later, you’d said yes to someone else. He had started to feel like he could build a future with you, but now all he feels is betrayed.

Imagine going on vacation with your long-time boyfriend, Tom. You fly to the Greek island of Mykonos, meeting up with your friends Chris and Elsa. You all spend days relaxing on the beautiful beaches, and at night, you wander around the city on your own, photographing the lively nightlife and glowing cityscape. Alone with Tom, Chris gives his friend a piece of advice: when he’s found a woman as lovely as you, he must make you his wife as soon as possible.

Imagine going on a second date with Tom. You’re nervous beyond belief – but not because of him. As dreamy as he is, you can’t help but get a little anxious at the thought of physically touching someone new. Walking together in the afternoon sun, you’re painfully aware of his hand swinging just inches from yours. You look up to see his smile widen as he talks, linking his index finger around your pinky. It was a small, sudden gesture, but somehow it was exactly what you needed to let your guard down.

Imagine Tom cooking you a romantic, candle-lit dinner. As soon as you walk through the door, you’re overcome by the scent of roasted leg of lamb and red wine. Walking into the dining room, you see Tom lighting candles, making sure everything is perfect. You both sit down to dinner, but before you dig in, you make sure Tom knows how much you appreciate him. He’s a wonderfully thoughtful husband, and you feel so lucky to have him.
