“Christopher!” you shouted into the phone after he finally answers after the second time you tried calling him twice without an answer.
“Y/N!” he replied with concern. “You okay?”
“Yes… no…” you sighed. “Are you home right now?”
“Yeah.”
“Okay, good. ‘Cause I’m outside your house and I need to borrow some of your clothes,” you said before hanging up and ringing the doorbell.
“Okay?” Chris said to himself before getting up from his couch. He walked over to the door and pulled it open, to find you drenched from the rain, hugging yourself for warmth.
“Shit. Y/N! Get in here!” He grabbed you by the wrist and pulled you inside.
“I can see why you wanted to borrow some of my clothes,” he mused as you dropped your messenger bag on the floor.
“What happened?” he asked, concern showing in his eyes.
“Shower first. Then I’ll tell you,” you answered back.
“Right,” he agreed. “Bathroom is upstairs, third door on the right, and you can grab whatever you want from the dresser. I’ll make us something to eat.”
“You’re the best.” You gave him a weak smile as you walked passed him.
I also think, reading fics and imagines, we default to “reader as female” because that’s what most of us are – female. But we have to remember that there are others that read and enjoy fanfic! It’s not all about us!

Imagine being pregnant with your and Sebastian’s first child. It’s been going well so far – you haven’t been sick, but every few days, you get really intense cravings. Once it was barbecue potato chips dipped in applesauce, another time it was spaghetti covered in ranch dressing. This morning, you couldn’t survive without scrambled eggs on top of frozen waffles. Sebastian, being the wonderful husband that he is, went out at 7 in the morning to make sure you and the baby had the breakfast you wanted. He may have had to go across town to find an open store, but to him, you are worth it.
So I’ve been thinking a lot about this. And here’s what I’m gonna tell you:
I would be 10000% okay with this. I’d be happy to write this especially for you, and send it to you personally. I just don’t think posting it here would be the best idea.
I’ve had a couple different anons (maybe the same person?) message me that writing for Luke Evans is soooo disrespectful because he’s gay. But like. If you read the imagines, the vast majority of them ARE gender neutral. So is it really disrespectful at all? I’m not trying to offend anyone. I’m not gay, so I can’t say what a gay man might find offensive.
So by that same logic, would writing a gay scenario about a straight man be disrespectful? I don’t know. I wouldn’t think so, unless it were mean-spirited or harmful in anyway. My first instinct would be to say this: shouldn’t all fans get the opportunity to read fanfic written for their specific audience?
Bottom line: I would love to. If you don’t mind coming off anon, let me know what kind of imagine you’re looking for and I’ll send it to you as soon as I get a chance to write it 😊 or if I’m feeling brave I’ll just post it lol
